Rite of the Flame Returned
Week ending August 31, 2025 – Week 20
Body & Cycle
This week revealed just how tightly the body and mind are woven. Physical shedding brought emotional heaviness, a reminder that cycles ripple in all directions. When the body hurts, the spirit dips — when the body is nurtured, the spirit rises. The lesson: caring for the body is caring for the whole self.
The Mud & the Flame
In the heaviness, the ember stayed alive through remembrance of the spiral. Both the short cycle (a week of pain) and the long cycle (the summer of rupture) framed the struggle as part of a greater rhythm. Knowing that stillness is as sacred as movement allowed the ember to glow until flame returned.
Ritual of Burning
The clearest shift came in energy. Burning the vows and scattering ashes wasn’t just symbolic — it was liberation felt in the core. A rush of lightness filled body and spirit. Ashes into the dumpster, hands brushed clean, driving away sovereign. The ritual turned grief into sovereignty, past into flame.
The Video
The recording was never an artifact for the future — it was a message of closure, born in fire. Not “I am your moon” but “I am my own.” The closure was complete in the act itself; the video holds no power beyond what was already embodied. Download the video on Google Drive
Completion & Beginning
With the summer cycle closed, September calls for momentum. No more lazy evenings. This is the season of focus, intention, and action. The sovereign flame returns not as comfort but as fuel: clarity sharpened, path aligned, ready to make this shit happen.
✨ Closing Words:
Week 20 sealed the summer chapter of rupture and release. The flame that dimmed in the mud has returned brighter than ever, illuminating a new cycle. What was torn has been burned; what remains is sovereign, focused, and free.
